COPRA® RF - Software for Roll Forming
COPRA® RF Modules
COPRA® RF comprises the entire roll form engineering process - from calculation and flower design to roll tool design, part lists and tool production. Furthermore, a comprehensive database management system for profile and tool management has been integrated. All program modules give access to a central COPRA® RF database. The COPRA® RF software package has got a modular structure.
COPRA® RF can be customized to your requirements. You may start with individual (program) modules and develop YOUR customized solution step by step - according the growing needs of your customers.
COPRA® RF is completely integrated into AutoCAD. This symbiotic conception provides the user with the possibility to use all AutoCAD and COPRA® RF functions at the same time. This means high operational comfort and fast access without loss of time caused by switching to other programs or the necessary data exchange.

The COPRA® RF software technology provides a powerful software package for every roll form designer. Design in a professional way for simple as well as highly complex profiles, tubes, drawn tubes and trapezoidal sections.
Whole Process Chain
COPRA® RF guides you through the whole process chain – from flower design (bending steps), flower simulation, roll tool design to finite element analysis (with COPRA® FEA RF), generation of NC-Codes up to technical documentation.
Easy to Learn
By analysing the strains on the material during the forming process, COPRA® enables the designer to determine the proper forming process even before the rolls are physically manufactured. As all other data M programs, COPRA® is very user-friendly, easy to learn and guides the operator through the design process. Dialogue boxes offer explanations where necessary. COPRA® requires AutoCAD and is also available as an OEM version.
