The calculation of a simulation with rotating rolls and friction is especially interesting for thin wall material. In this case it can make a big difference if a station is pulling or pushing too much. This may cause that a continuous pulling in the roll forming line cannot be achieved.

Easy determination of the force distribution in the driven and non-driven stations. Analysis of the forces on Fin Passes and Sizing Passes by displaying the forces with arrows. Length, colour and direction of the arrows shows clearly how the forces are being distributed along the circumference of a tube.
