data M offers the opportunity to show their products over the internet with modern technologies. This media can also be used to collaborate on projects.
Just a few clicks of the mouse is all it takes to participate in an online meeting and to interactively work together on documents -without prior installation or registration.
The participants meet up for a telephone conference in a virtual conference room. Now they can show each other their screen content - live - to discuss and edit the documents on display.
Proceeding
Step 1:
Download a small program NV_Meet_Participant.exe (Netviewer 6.3).
Step 2:
Start the program.
A little dialogue will show up:
Step 3:
Please enter the meeting number you received by mail or phone from us.
Also fill in your name, thus you can be identified by the moderator.
Finally press the OK button.
You get a smal blue knob on the right side on your screen.
By pressing the knob you reach the menue.
Security
Of course data security and your privacy will be taken care of. There is nothing your moderator will see without your permission. Before the moderator gets access to your computer you can select the programs he should be able to use. All programs being disabled will be invisible to the moderator.
What's about telephone communication via Internet
We are using 
Skype services for connections between two computers. Skype is free Internet telephony that just works. Skype is for calling other people on their computers or phones. Download Skype and start calling for free all over the world.
