For customers having a valid software hotline support agreement data M is offering a remote support service.

There is a way to give on-line support via the Internet. Different time zones or big distances do not really matter any more

Call your support consultant at data M . He will give you a 9 digit session number. As soon as you have entered that number your computer is connected with your consultant's computer.

You can now watch him showing procedures on his machine. The mode can be changed from “watch” to “show” so that you are able to show him your procedures that may cause a problem.
