Automatic measuring of profile cross sections at different positions

Fully automated and efficient measurement process:
Once the profile sections are manually inserted into the device, the profile – with the help of a motor – automatically moves to the respective measurement positions. The measurement process and the evaluation of the results are fully automated. An optional transfer to a QM database is possible. This makes the measuring procedure smooth, precise and efficient as less human interaction is needed.

Highest accuracy and reliability through the self-calibrating measuring process. In addition,the single sensor technology offers a cost-effective solution for our customers, since only one twin-sensor is installed.
The user-friendly software allows template creation in no time. It has a rich GUI and is very flexible in defining measurements and tolerances. The Software can be tailored based on the user’s special requirements and is well integrated with other COPRA products.
